Fabrication
Core fabrication capabilities
-
Sawing & table routing – Efficient rough-to-size and perimeter profiling for flat parts and panels.
-
CNC routing (5-axis & 3-axis) – Complex geometries, tight hole patterns, and consistent trim paths for formed parts using purpose-built fixtures.
-
Line bending – Clean, repeatable bends for guards, covers, and displays.
-
Laser cutting & etching – Crisp edges, fine features, and on-part marking/branding in the same setup.
-
Steel-rule die cutting – Cost-effective blanks and gaskets in volume.
-
Stress relieving – Process control to minimize warp and improve dimensional stability after forming or machining.
Assembly & joining
From simple hardware install to production assemblies, we support: riveting, standard threaded fasteners, threaded inserts, pressure-sensitive adhesives, structural adhesives, solvent welding, heat welding, hook-and-loop, ultrasonic fastening/insertion, and even MIG/TIG welding when metal components are part of the build.
-
Production-ready edges & features with minimal secondary finishing
-
Stable, repeatable trims on thermoformed parts using dedicated fixtures
-
On-part identification (etching/engraving) for traceability and branding

Materials & Part Types
ABS, acrylic (PMMA), PETG, polycarbonate, HIPS/styrene, HDPE, and polypropylene in flat sheet or formed shapes. Parts include panels, bezels, machine guards, covers, trays, enclosures, and nested kits. (Add or adjust this list to match your quoting/material inventory.)
Quality & Process Control
Every job runs with documented work instructions, first-article verification, and in-process checks. We can fixture parts for repeatable trims, serialize components at the laser/etch step, and provide basic inspection records on request.
