We build every job around the standards in your drawings, purchase order, and industry requirements, using a documented plan up front and verification throughout the build. Our quality system is ISO-compliant, inspection tools are regularly calibrated, and quality records are retained for at least five years.

How we meet standards

• Job-specific quality plans define what to measure, how to measure it, and when—so inspection aligns with product specs before the first part is made. We pair this with our Build Quality In (BQI) approach, where every operator is responsible for the quality of work at their station.

• Traceability & records. We maintain inspection results with the work order for a minimum of five years, supporting audits and field traceability.

• Calibrated measurement. Gages and inspection tools are kept on a regular calibration schedule to ensure reliable results.

IP protection & confidentiality
